…with the first knife in my new workshop 🙂

polishing the front of the bolster before it’s time to glue the blade 🙂

but first se how the blade fits into it

mixing some black colour pigment into the glue

and then it’s time to glue the first spacers 🙂

…to sketch on my first knife, that will be build in my new workshop, today 🙂

stabilized golden dyed birch root, mamoth tusk and stabilized dyed mountain ash, that’s what the handle will be built of.

I will also use a 90 mm. long blade in AEB-L steel, grinded by Robert Mattsson.

I’ll guess it will have some tin spacers to 😉

…it’s not good to take a longer brake from sewing a leathersheath 😦

but I’m pleased with the knife 🙂

…still looks chaotic in my workshop, I manage to sew this leathersheath yesterday 🙂

that knife has been waiting for this sheath for nearly four monts 😉

…my workshop isn’t finished yet as you can se 😦

in the meantime I’ll show you a pictur of the last knife i finished in my old workshop, just hoping that I soon can show you the first knife build in my new workshop 🙂

…after spending the last week in Ludvika where the Nordic chamionship in knifemaking was held.

I guess that I have to start building my new workshop now, since I brought this machine with me back home 🙂

…that I finish in my “old” workshop 😦  I guess it will take a while to get my new one ready for knife building,

so please be patient with me if I’m not update my “not every day update blog” for a while 😉

I’m about to move my workshop (and the rest of my home) in a few weeks, and I guess it will take a while for me

to fix my new one workshop ( my wife will not have the some priority as me 😦  )

But today I sew a leathersheath for a knife that I’ll send to the competition in Ludvika 🙂

…guess if I was pleased about it 🙂
