…last night for showing you the last pictures of the knife. But after a good night sleep 🙂

I’ll show you some pictures of how the knife turned out after being sanded with 600 grit 🙂

soon it’s just the leather sheath left to do 😉

…who find me a little old-fasioned, mostly useing my handtools, to form the handle of my knives 😉

but I must say that I find it very relaxing (most of the times 😉 )

…let my files rest over the weekend, the weather bullentin promise sun and warm weather 🙂

and when the guard is formed I’m working my way backward to form the rest of the handle 🙂

…are now glued together with 24 hr. epoxi 🙂

and after the visit in the bandsaw it looks like this 🙂

draw some helplines befor it’s time to start forming the handle, I guess it’s going to bee hard work for my files 😉

…this weekend 😦  but I have at least glued the blade to the bolster 🙂

and cut up the giraffe bone and glued the two pices together 🙂

…sew a sheath for that grey knife right now, so I started to sketch on a new knife instead 🙂

it will have a damasteel blade, grinded by Tommy Jimmefors. and I’m planning to use

stabilized spalted maple and giraffe bones in the handle, and also brass spacers.

we’ll see what will come out of this 🙂

…I have sew a sheath for this knife, but I have not dyed it yet 😉 and of course it will have a beltloop 🙂

…today and start to form the handle, it went very well 🙂

just had to wet it with water, to se how it looked

next thing to do is to start sanding it, but not today 🙂

…almost there, just some more fileing and then glue it in place 🙂

I’ll try to form the handle with my wittler, just have to make it sharp 😉
