…pictures of the progress 🙂
 Â

…so I have to speed it up:
because it will not be any knifebuilding during this weekend 😦 Â
just making sure that “the bottom” side will be parallel with the blade 🙂
…use in the handle in my next knife 🙂
Stabilized mountain ash, stabilized giraffe bones and brass spacers.                                                        I don’t think there ‘s going to bee any close up pictures on this one 😉
…my next project?
got this blade grinded by Jacob Nylund (or was it Simon?), and I think it got a quite interesting surfase.
so now it up to me to find some quite interesting pice of wood for the handle 🙂
…that pictures of the whole knife and sheath will come,
but not until after the Swedish championship, so have patience 😉
…thats remains for me to do is to take this packet to the postoffice today 🙂
b.t.w. I think that I will call this knife “No Mamuth” 😉
Â
…the brass spacers.
                                                                                                  Â
Â
perhaps hard to see, but I
have oiled the handle.
polishing tomorrow 🙂
I will now let the knife have a little rest, and tonight I’m going to start the finaly polish.
…that I’m quite pleased so far 🙂
just hope that I will feel the same tomorrow when I will (try) take the knife out of the sheath 😉
