…so why not make a bigger hole in the but end 😉
and then try to fill it up 🙂
and now it’s time to glue it in place, and let it dry 🙂

…but I’m still fileing on the brass spacers 😦
and there will be even more fileing on those brass spacers after the finaly sanding with 2000 grit 😉
…when it’s time to file down tracks into the brass spacers, you do regret you didn’t choos tin spacers 😉
…which shape the handle will get,
I drill a hole in the back 😉 the tang ends just a cm. in to the last pice so it needs a strenghten.
and now it’s just for me to proceed the shapeing of the handle with my files 🙂
…by making room for the blade in the bolster 🙂
polish the bolster before I glue the blade 🙂 and then glue the blade!
…by trying to give this blade a new handle 🙂 this time it will not have any rein deer antler in it 😉
this will be my first project for the new year, and the second one will be a KITH-knife for the Swedish knife forum
right now I’m looking forward to both of them 🙂
…I didn’t get my christmas present until today 🙂
a box with stabilized wood, I guess it’s time to start the new knifeyear 🙂
…and then I started to do some sketch of comming projects 🙂 the sketch in the top…well I think that I will do some more work with my rubber on that one 😉
the one below I’m quite pleased with 🙂
I have not planed what kind of wood I will have in the handle of those knives, perhaps the blade in the top will have a handle of a red shirt,
those times that I’ve meet the bladesmith he has always being wearing a T-shirt, so perhaps I’ll give him a shirt 🙂
