I can be quite obstinate…

…like in this case, I think that I have succeeded in my 5:th attempt 🙂

I have taken out the knife and the wooden liner and will let the sheath dry for another day, then I will find out how pleased I will be.

i found a quite long…

…note of thing to do for me, from my dear wife, on the breakfasttable this morning. unfortunately it didn’t say anything of knifemaking :(.

but hopefuly I will get some time tomorrow and make my 4:th try to make a proper sheath to this knife :).

…but I’m pleased with how the knife and sheath ended up 🙂

so here we got a knife with a blade in damasteel by Göran Enocksson, handle in stab. dyed birch stab. dyed box elder and tin-spacers. sheat in shaft-leather.

monday atlast…

…and I spend some time in my workshop, dyed the leathersheath to to knife with that black birch handle.

will let it rest a few days before I seal the dye on the sheath, hopefully I will take some better pictures then 😉
